摘要
目的调查冷凝集对鉴定血型、配血实验的影响.方法 ABO血型鉴定、配血实验按常规操作进行,冷凝集素效价测定按常规操作.结果 769例各血型患儿血清中含有冷凝集素共有28例,其比例27:1,仅占4%.但是,温度控制在30～37℃中进行血型鉴定、配血试验28例冷凝集自行消失,排除假阳性反应,说明这28例血清存在自身冷凝集素.结论冷凝集素严重影响血型鉴定、配血试验,在工作中应该引起工作人员的高度重视.
Objective To explore the pseudo-positive agglutination caused by cold agglutinin in blood type identification and crossing matching test.Methods ABO blood type,crossing matching test and the titer of cold agglutinin assay were performed according to their routine way.Results Cold aggtutinin was found in 28 cases of 769 children,the ratio was 27:1,which occupied 4% in total crossing matching test.the When test was carried in the temperature range from 30℃ to 37℃,the cold agglutination in 28 cases disappeared automatically,and the pseudo-positive reactions were excluded.Conclusion Cold agglutinin affects severely the judgement of agglutination results.It should pay attention to the effect of cold agglutinin on blood type identification and crossing mateching test.
