摘要
目的应用敏感性高、特异性强的检测方法,检测2226例呼吸道感染患者的血清肺炎支原体Ig M抗体,达到早期治疗的目的。方法日本富士肺炎支原体检测试剂SERODIA○R-MYCOⅡ被动凝集试验。结果2226例呼吸道感染患者肺炎支原体IgM抗体检出阳性841例,检出率为37.78%,并且该病全年均有发病,以春季发病较多,无男女性别差异,儿童发病高于成人。结论SERODIAR○-MYCOⅡ被动凝集试验检测肺炎支原体IgM抗体具有敏感度高、特异性强、操作简便快速的特点,可作为早期诊断肺炎支原体感染的客观指标,适合临床实验室应用。
Objective To detect serum anti-IgM(anti Mp-IgM) in mycoplasma pneumonia by the measurement with high specificity and sensitivity.Methods Japan Fuji mycoplasma pneumonia measurement reagent SERODIA~ R -MYCOⅡ was used to perform passive particle agglutination.Results The anti Mp-IgM positive rate was 37.78%(841 cases) in 2 226 patients with respiratory infection.And the disease occurred in four seasons but always in spring,and had no significant difference in man and female,the positive rate in children was higher than that in adults.Conclusion SERODIA~ R -MYCOⅡ passive particle agglutination has high specificity and sensitivity.The operation is easy and fast.It is as the impersonal mark in early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia infection .And it is fit for clinical laboratory application.
