蛋白芯片技术在临床研究中的应用进展 被引量：2

摘要 表面增强激光解析电离(surface-enhancedlaserdesorption/ionization,SELDI)是随着蛋白质组学(pro-teomics)兴起的一种新技术,常与飞行时间-质谱(timeofflight-massspectra,TOF-MS)联用,对各种疾病特异性蛋白指纹实现快速、高效、高通量识别和检测,是在分子水平上诊断疾病的重要工具。
