原发性肺癌患者肺泡灌洗液TGF-β1水平检测

Detection of TGF-β1 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from patients with primary lung cancer

目的探讨肺泡灌洗液中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达水平与肺癌分期的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测47例不同阶段的原发性肺癌患者肺泡灌洗液TGF-β1表达水平。结果原发性肺癌患者肺泡灌洗液TGF-β1高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义,肺癌分期与肺泡灌洗液TGF-β1的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.84)。结论TGF-β1在肺局部参与了肺癌发生过程。

Objective To explore TGF-β1 levels in the broncholaveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of the patients with primary lung cancer and to analyze the correlation.Methods BALF samples were collected from 47 patients with primary lung cancer and from 8 healthy volunteers. Concentrations of TGF-β1 were measured using ELISA kit.Results TGF-β1 in BALF of the patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).There was significant positive correlation between the TGF-β1 level and the stage of disease(r=0.84).Conclusion TGF-β1 may take part in the local response in the course of primary lung cancer.
