摘要
城市化的快速发展推动了城市经济社会的全面发展,也带来了一些负面影响。要解决城市人口大幅增加、区域和城乡差别更为突出、资源环境约束越来越强、历史文化遗产保护更为迫切等问题,必须首先确立先进的城市经营理念、完善科学的城市建设机制,以适应城市的可持续发展。
The fast development of urbanization has promoted the development of urban economics and society in an all-round way,and it also has brought some negative effects.To solve the problems of urban population,difference among districts,resource environment and heritage protection etc.,we must establish the advanced urban management theory,improve the scientific urban construction mechanism at first in order to adapt to the sustainable development of the city.
