摘要
领导与管理有着密切的联系,同时又有明显的区别,随着社会化程度的提高,领导与管理的区别将更加突出。准确区别二者的特征,对做好领导工作和管理工作都具有极其重要的意义。根据近年来理论界的研究和相关的社会实践,提出了领导与管理的12项区别。
Although leadership is closely connected with management,at the same time,they are obviously different,what's more,the distinction between leadership and management will be more prominent with the enhancement of the socialized degree.That the characteristic of the two is accurately distinguished has extremely vital significance for the leadership work and the supervisory work.There is a lot of the distinction between leadership and management.
