摘要
洛阳装备制造业具有雄厚的工业基础和显著的科技优势,但企业自主创新能力尤其是原始创新能力较差;现阶段面临政策支持、产业变迁和产品需求三大机遇和经济结构调整等挑战,进一步发展首先要加强组织领导、优化发展环境。
Luoyang equipment manufacturing industry has solid industry foundation and remarkable technical superiority,but independent innovation ability of enterprise is relatively bad,especially the lack of primitive innovation ability;in the present stage the industry is facing three big opportunities of policy support,industrial vicissitude,the product demand and the new request of readjustment of the economic structure and other challenges;the industry independent must strengthen the leading of origination and optimize development environment.
