Comparison Between the philosophy of Zhuang Zi and Spinoza

庄子与斯宾诺莎颇具特色的哲学观在东西方历史上均产生了重要影响,其相同点表现在倡导自然、主张理智等;相异点表现在一从唯心主义的立场出发,消极无为;一从唯物主义辩证法立论而积极进取等。分析比较两者的异同对进一步深入开展中西文化比较具有积极意义。

Zhuang Zi and Spinoza's view of philosophy respectively has important influences on eastern and western history.Their similarity is that both of them sparkplugged nature at the same time,the difference is that Zhuang Zi's view was based on idealism and was negative while Spinoza's view was based on materialist dialectics and was positive.Comparing their view of philosophy is significance to understanding the different outlook on modern philosophy between the Eastern and Western worlds,but also significance between eastern culture and western culture.
