农村土地流转机制效应与绩效——以江西为例

The Mechanical Effect and Performance Brought about by Farmland Transferring——A Study Based on Jiangxi Province

农地流转是我国农村经济发展到一定阶段的客观现象,是土地、资金、劳动力、技术等生产要素按市场规律合理配置的一个动态过程。针对目前江西农村的土地流转情况,概括地分析了农地流转的机制效应和其产生的社会绩效,并提出了一点建议。

Farmland transferring is a natural phenomenon when rural economy has developed to a certain stage in China.It is a dynamic course in which the production factors such as land,funds,labor force and techniques are allocated reasonably according to the laws of market.This paper aims at the current stage in Jiangxi Province,analyzes in general the economic effect and social performance brought about by farmland transferring,and puts forwards some suggestions.
