Many knowledge enterprises are created in the age of knowledge and the knowledge actuation industry with the consultation profession as a typical example,is enjoying abundant development opportunities.Meanwhile its knowledge management has also faced great challenges.Based on the form of project operation in consultation profession,the paper elaborates the feature of project team knowledge management in consultation profession as well as the knowledge system model of PMBOK and analyzes corresponding knowledge management strategy.
