Educational courses of considering victims'feelings implemented in Japanese Juvenile center

日本将修复司法活动引入到日本少年院的课程当中,并在少年院中实施了考虑被害人感觉的教育,请被害人到少年院进行讲演,让有问题青年真正地认识到自己所犯的罪行,制定犯罪被害人的保护法制等等,无疑对日本青少年的不法行为是一种有效的矫正措施。

Japan introduced justice rehabilitation to the courses of Japanese juvenile center and implemented education of considering the victims' feelings. They invited victims to give lectures in the juvenile center, so that the youth with problems could really understand the crimes committed by themselves and develop the legal system to protect victims of crime and so on. It is definitely an effective measure to correct the illegal activities of Japanese youth.
