我国未成年人保护法已经以法律的形式确认一切合法的社会组织都是未成年人的保护组织,在未成年人保护的工作中,未成年人保护组织承担着重要的职责。未成年人保护组织虽然数量众多,但由于各组织自身性质差异很大,功能不一,在未成年人保护工作中所处的地位不同,发挥的作用也不相同,因此,明确各个组织在未成年人保护工作中的职能和权限是至关重要的。尽管未成年人保护组织在保护未成年人的健康成长方面做了大量工作,但是,目前还有许多不尽如人意的地方,还需进一步加以完善。

China's law on protection of minors has affirmed that any legal social organization is the minors protecting organization in law. In the protection of minors, the minors protecting organizations take on important responsibilities. Despite the large number of minors protecting organizations, the minors protecting organizations play different roles in protecting minors due to the very different nature of each organization's own, different functions and different positions. Therefore, it is important to define the functions and powers of each organization in protection of minors.
