近年来,青少年犯罪问题日渐突出,引起了整个社会的关注。来自中国青少年研究中心统计显示,未成年人犯罪在经历了1995年、1996年两次低潮期后,再次呈现上升趋势。在构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,青少年犯罪问题已经成为亟待解决的大事情。论文从青少年犯罪的现状入手,对青少年犯罪的深层次原因进行分析,提出行之有效的社区参与预防对策。

In recent years, juvenile delinquency has become increasingly prominent and attracted the attention of the entire society. Statistics from the China Youth Research Center shows that juvenile crime experienced slump twice in 1995 and 1996, once again showing an upward trend. In the building of a harmonious socialist society, juvenile delinquency has become the big problem to be solved. The paper analyzed the deep -seated causes of juvenile crime from the current situation of juvenile crime, and put forward effective preventive measures through community participation.
