摘要
文章探讨了组织制度建设中需要选择的几个重要问题,指出人的发展是组织的终极目标,制度建设必须适应组织管理活动的实际需要。
The article probes into several important selectivity problems in the construction of organized system.It points out that the development of human being is the final aim of organization and the construction of system must fit in with the actual needs of administrative activities of organization.
