江泽民同志根据马克思主义关于社会基本矛盾的原理,运用马克思主义哲学的辩证唯物论和历史唯物论,科学把握世界和中国发展的脉搏,创立了当代中国化的马克思主义—“三个代表”重要思想。“三个代表”的特征是对马克思主义哲学的创新性继承和发展;本质是立党为公、执政为民;目标是全党全国人民建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业的行动指南。

Comrade Jiang Zemin,according to the principle about the social basic contradiction of Marxism,applies the dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxist philosophy,grasps the pulse of development of the world and China scientifically,and creates contemporary Chinese Marxism-the important thought of 'Three Represents'.The characteristic of 'Three Represents' is that it inherits and develops creatively Marxist philosophy;the essence is that it is building a party for the interests of the people and holding power for the people;the goal is that it will be taken as the guide to action of building socialism with Chinese characteristics by our Party and our whole national people.
