摘要
干部考察工作是个系统工程,包括诸多环节,涉及各个方面的人员,具有很大的可变性和不确定性。因此,干部考察工作中不同程度地存在失真问题。本文拟对干部考察工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出预防和解决的对策。
Cadres assess and appoint,which involves many links and is often related to many staff,is a systematic engineering and has variability and uncertainty,so distortion is inevitable in varying degrees.In this paper the author analyzes the problems in cadres assess and appoint and put forward some precautions and resolve methods.
