Resources Saving,Environment Protection and Construction of Socialist New Countryside

资源和环境问题对人类生存和可持续发展构成的威胁日益严重。中国经济正处于高速发展时期,加之人口众多,因而面临着比其他国家更大的资源和环境压力。党中央审时度势的提出把建设社会主义新农村作为新时期农村建设的首要任务,以此来实现城乡和农村经济的协调发展。本文就中国社会主义新农村建设中出现的资源与环境的问题作初步讨论,提出在社会主义新农村建设中协调好资源与环境关系的对策。

Problems caused by shortage of resources and pollution of environment are increasingly doing great harm to the exist of human being and sustainable development.At present,China's economy develops very fast and the population is also getting larger than ever before,which gives rise to more stress of resources and environment than any other countries.In this case,the central government of China puts forward that it is the major task to construct new socialist countryside The preliminary problems emerging from the shortages of resources and the pollution of environment in the construction of socialist new countryside are discussed in this paper.Accordingly,the measures to harmonize relations between the construction of new socialist countryside and resources and environment are put forward.
