摘要
欠发达民族地区旅游发展的瓶颈问题之一是人才的严重短缺。文章从欠发达民族地区旅游人才构成及人才现状出发,分析人才短缺原因,提出解决民族地区人才短缺问题的措施。
One of the most serious problem of the tourism development in underdeveloping eth-
nic areas is the shortage of talent. The article bases on the analysis of current situation and reasons
of talent shortage and probes the measures to solve the problem.
