缩小收入差距,一方面要完善收入分配机制,另一方面需要探索有利于公平分配的经济增长模式.生产决定分配;经济的发展模式会直接影响不同劳动群体的收入分配.从我国劳动人口多,农村人口所占比例大的实际出发,应大力发展劳动密集型产业提高劳动者的收入;加快农业生产方式的转变,拓宽和延伸农业的内涵,发展现代农业提高广大农民的收入;发展社会经济提高困难群体的收入.广泛增加就业岗位,实现充分就业,是缩小贫富差距,大面积消除贫困现象的有效途径;是实现社会公正的必要条件.

Reducing the income gap need not only perfect the income distribution mechanism,but also seek for the economic growth model that is in favor of fair distribution.Distribution is determined by production.The economic development model will have direct impacts on income distribution of different laborer groups.Proceeding from the realities that working population is large and rural population accounts for a considerate proportion,it is necessary to take some measures,such as advancing labor-intensive industry energetically to raise laborers' income,accelerating the transformation of agricultural production system and broadening and extending agricultural hollow to develop modern agriculture to raise peasants' income,developing social economy to raise income of the difficult.Generally increasing employment posts to make full employment a reality is the effective way to reduce the gap between the poor and the rich and does away with the phenomenon being poor on large scale and is the necessary condition to make a fair society a reality.
