Establishing the Country Social Security System and Promoting New Country Construction

新农村建设是未来相当长一段时期内我国社会主义现代化建设的一项重要内容.农村社会保障体系因其所具备的特殊社会功能而对促进新农村建设起着特殊的作用.本文从理论上阐述当前构建农村社会保障体系的作用和意义,围绕实现农民“困有所济、老有所养、病有所治、居有其所”的愿望,提出加大农村社会保障财政支持力度、促进新农村建设的新思路.

New country construction is an important subject of our socialist modern construction during a pertly long period.The country social security system plays a great role to promote new country construction because of its particular social function.This article addresses the function and significance of country social security system construction in theory.In order to realize peasant's expectation of happy and affluent life,the author found out new thinks which highlight country social and financial support to advance new country construction.
