摘要
通过对某发电厂高温过热器管1973年和2005年两次爆管原因对比分析,结合现场情况及大量试验分析,说明硫腐蚀是高温过热器管在某种特殊情况下损坏的主要原因,并提出防范措施,对今后锅炉安全经济运行提出了相应的建议。
Through the comparison & analysis of high temperature superheater pipe explosion happened in 1973 and 2005,combined with site condition and test analysis,it is showed that sulfur corrosion is the main reason to result in the damage of high temperature superheater pipe under some special condition.Prevention measure is put forward,suggestion on future boiler safe operation is pro- posed.
