摘要
从谐波齿轮传动的原理和特点出发,分析短筒谐波齿轮传动中短筒柔轮的变形力和应力急剧增加的问题。用有限元法计算分析柔轮的受力变形情况,分析柔轮各几何参数对初始变形力的影响,得出柔轮壁厚和长径比是初始变形力主要影响因素的结论。最后对柔轮壁厚与长径比对初始变形力的影响关系进行回归分析。
Based on the principle and characteristic of harmonic gear driving, researched the problem about the sharp increase of stress in short flexspline deformation. Applying the finite element method, studied the preliminary deforming status of the flexspline in HGD(harmonic gear driving). Discussed what influence that the geometry factors of flexspline bring to the pre-deforming force of flexspline. Get the conclusion that the length of flexspline cup body and the thickness of flexspline cup wall are the foremost geometry factors to influence the pre-deforming force. At last, made many regression analysis for the rule of the flexspline wall thickness influence the pre-deforming force and the rule of the flexspline length-diameter ratio influence the pre-forming force.
