多排螺旋CT发现冠状动脉粥样斑块 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)发现和区分冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床应用价值。方法55例冠心病患者行MSCT冠状动脉造影,并进行薄层最大密度投影(MIP)重建,分别测量和比较非钙化斑块、钙化斑块及血管内对比剂CT值。结果非钙化斑块、钙化斑块、对比剂CT值分别为118.8±54.0Hu、913.7±256.7Hu、403.0±68.2Hu,三者两两比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论无创性MSCT冠脉成像可清晰显示冠脉斑块,通过对斑块CT值的测量,可以准确区分冠状动脉钙化斑块及非钙化斑块,为临床治疗提供帮助。 Objective To investigate value of multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in detecting coronary atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 55 patients of coro- nary heart disease underwent MSCT coronary angiography. The data were reconstructed with maximum intensity projection (MIP). Values of the contrasts were measured and compared for non-calcified, calcified plaques and for in the blood vessels. Results Values in the non-calcified plaque, calcified plaque and blood vessel were 118.8 ± 54.0 Hu, 913.7 ± 256.7 Hu and 403.0 ± 68.2 Hu respectively. The difference between every two sets of values were significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Non-invasive MSCT angiography can clearly display plaque in coronary artery. Measurement of CT values of the plaques helps to tell calcified plaques from non-calcified ones offering clue for treatment.
