摘要
在核材料衡算核查过程中,核材料偷盗者拥有核材料的时间和其被揭露的可能性是两个相互矛盾的因素,对此两因素进行优化可以得到核材料核查的最佳时刻。另一方面可以运用数理统计的方法,观察数据是否具有随机性和是否遵从正态分布来判断初始数据的真伪。
In the process of inspecting accounting for nuclear materials, for the illegal owner of nuclear materials the duration of holding the materials and the probability of being discovered are two factors contradicted with each other. Using optimized method for these two factors, we can get the best moment for inspecting the nuclear materials owned by facilities. We can also distinguish whether the initial data are real or fake by using the statistic method of normal distribution and randomness.
