摘要
本文就γ射束远距和近距治疗机机房是否需要安装辐射监测仪器进行了探讨。美国和加拿大两国的做法和一些典型事故教训说明这些工作场所安装辐射监测仪器是确保医院辐射安全的一个必要措施。
It was discussed in this paper whether or not a radiation monitor must be installed in each teletherapy and Brachytherapy afterloader room.Based on American and Canadian regulation experiences and lessons from radiological accidents involving teletherapy and afterloader lack of radiation survey,it was proved that a fixed or portable radiation survey instrument was one of prerequisites to assure radiation safety in hospital possession of teletherapy unit or Brachytherapy afterloader.
