摘要
文章从家族企业的用人现状入手,剖析了我国传统家族企业用人的多种成因,并从观念、外部和内部制度三方面探讨了家族企业的用人新对策,为家族企业在用人管理方面提供借鉴。
From the family business employment with the status quo, this article analyzes the multiple causes of our traditional family businesses employment system. And from the concepts, the external and internal systems, it explores some new approaches to the employment system of family business.
