和谐社会本身应该是法治社会,法治正义精神是和谐社会的基石。要奠定、稳固和谐社会的正义基石,非实现正义规则的司法权莫属。稳固的和谐社会需要树立司法权在纠纷处理机制中的至上权威。

Harmonious society itself should be a society ruled by law,which is based on the footstone called justice,the soul of the rule of law.To establish a harmonious society on the footstone called justice,and keep it stable,we have to realize true jurisdiction of justice.In order to keep a contantly stable and harmonious society,it is necessary to make jurisdiction the most authorative in dealing with disputes.
