The development of network technology has broken the traditional social organization structure and public management model.Electronic governmental affairs,based on the network,are influencing the traditional administration model strongly.As a result,a new request for the administrators' quality has been put forward.It is not only a new topic the administration teaching reform is faced with but the important content this article is discussing whether the administration teaching can be adjusted to the development of electronics governmental affairs,and the network resources can be used scientifically to serve the administration teaching so as to cultivate the modern administrators who can adapt to the development of modern society.
