跟骨接骨板内固定治疗跟骨骨折

To treat calcaneus fracture with calcaneal plate internal fixation

目的总结46例62侧跟骨碎折采用跟骨接骨板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法该组病人均采用骨折切开复位跟骨接骨板内固定的方法进行治疗。术前常规拍X线平片及CT片,对骨折的情况进行评估,伤后7～10天待肿胀消退后再进行手术。术中在“C”行臂X线机透视下进行复位,固定。术后常规治疗、护理,定期随访。结果46例62侧骨折全部愈合,无跟骨感染的发生。经过随访,其中21例术后出现距下关节僵直及行走时距下关节不同程度的疼痛,可能与距下关节面碎折严重有关。结论跟骨接骨板内固定治疗跟骨碎折有较好的疗效。

Objective To conclude the clinical curative effect of calcaneal plate internal fixation treatment on 46 patients with 62 calcaneus fractures.Methods This group of patients were treated with calcaneal plate internal fixation ways.Before operations,x-rays and ct scannings had been taken to evaluate the fracture conditions.Op-erations would be done about 7 to 10 days after being wounded,until tumefaction faded.In operations,restoration and fixation were carried on under the clairvoyance of the x-ray with a big c-shaped arm.After operations,normal treatment,caring and periodical visit were well done.Results all the 46 patients with 62 calcaneus fractures healed and no calcaneus infection happened.During visits,taloclacaneal joints of 21 patients were found tetanic and they felt disprate pain with talcalcaneal joint when they were walking,which might be caused by heavy frac-ture of the articular surfaces of talcalcaneal joint.Conclusion Calcaneal plate internal fixation treatment has a better curative effect on calcaneus fractures.
