摘要
目的探讨应用外固定器治疗Bennett骨折的临床效果。方法从2001年2月～2006年2月,采用微型外固定架牵引固定治疗Bennett骨折43例,其中新鲜骨折38例,陈旧骨折5例。结果术后随访6～22月,骨折临床愈合时间5～9周,平均7周,无骨折再移位、畸形愈合等并发症发生,关节功能恢复良好。按照TAM系统评定,优良率达97.7%。结论外固定器治疗Bennett骨折,方法简单、损伤小、复位固定可靠,可有效降低术后关节疼痛、关节活动受限和创伤性关节炎的发生率,是治疗Bennett骨折的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the method and results of the Bennett fractures fixed by mini external fixa-tor.Methods From February 2001 to February 2005,43 cases of the Bennett fracture were treated with external mini external fixator,including 38 cases of fresh fracture and 5 cases of old fracture.Results All patients were followed up for 6 ～ 22 months.All fractures healed successfully,and the average union time was 7 weeks with a range of 5 to 9 weeks.According to the standard,the overall good-excellent rate of joint function was 97.7%.Conclusion Treatment of the Bennett fracture with mini external fixator is an effective method.It is simple and reliable,and may decrease joint pain,limitation of joint movement and proportion of traumatic arthritis.
