Research of the Influences on Urban Economy Caused by Inner Constructional Changes of Estate Industry——Take the changes of Qingdao for Example

合理的住房价格和房地产内部结构有利于城市经济的健康发展和社会稳定。通过对青岛市房地产近年来内部结构变化特点的考察,本文探讨了不合理的青岛市房地产内部结构对城市经济的影响。由此发现青岛市长期经济发展存在着内在隐忧,从中也可以得出协调青岛市经济发展的针对性政策结论。

Reasonable housing price and inner constructions of estate industry are beneficial for the healthy development of city economy and stability of the society.Through the research on the characteristic of inner constructional changes in recent years in Qingdao,this paper studies the influences on city economy caused by those unreasonable inner constructions.Therefore,inner problems have been discovered in the development of Qingdao,and also the relative economic policy of Qingdao can be drawn.
