小儿腮腺炎后胰腺炎的临床特点及治疗经验
摘要
小儿腮腺炎后胰腺炎的临床报道不多,但其病因病理与成人不同.笔者总结我院18年收治的小儿腮腺炎后胰腺炎55例,对其病因病理、临床特点及治疗经验进行分析,现报告如下.……
