摘要目的 观察阿乐(国产阿托伐他汀)和舒降之(辛伐他汀)治疗高血压左室肥厚的作用.方法 左右心室肥大病例88例,分为2组.治疗组口服阿乐或舒降之20mg/d,对照组常规用药.治疗前和治疗3个月后分别做心脏B型超声检查,对比分析两组治疗前后左心室重量指数(LVMI).结果 两组治疗前LVMI无明显变化(138.5±7.8 VS 137.9±12.3,P=0.2)治疗3个月后有明显差异.治疗组较对照组明显减轻(126.1±13 VS 132±16,P＜0.05).结论 他汀能进一步减轻心肌重量.
