永磁同步直线电机绕组电感饱和效应的有限元分析及应用 被引量:5

摘要 系统分析了永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)绕组电感的饱和效应;分析了永磁磁势和绕组磁势对绕组电感的影响,磁路越饱和电感值越小;得到了饱和效应引起的电感随动子位置角变化的规律.通过电磁场二维有限元分析,验证了分析的结论.研究成果深化了PMLSM的理论,并被用来指导无传感器表面式PMLSM零速启动.由于表面式PMLSM没有凸极性,很难检测其初始位置,该文利用绕组电感饱和效应解决了这一问题.仿真表明对PMLSM起动时的初始位置估计精度可以达到±0.9375°.
