摘要
充分利用民间资本是解决黑龙江省资金短缺,促进支柱产业发展,搞好二次创业,实现富民强省的重要手段。然而,近几年来,黑龙江省在利用民间资本,发挥民间投资作用方面却存在着许多亟待解决的问题。因此,应该从放宽民间投资的产业领域,改善民间投资的外部环境,拓宽民间投资的融资渠道,提高民营企业主的综合素质等几个方面入手解决这些问题。
Using popular capital in full is the main method in resolving the shortage of capital andpromoting the development of the dominant industry, making people richer and province stronger inHeilongjiang province. However, there are some problems in the fields of using popular capital and ex-erting the effects of the popular investment which must be resolved. Therefore, we should enlarge theindustry fields of the popular investment and amend its outer environment and broaden financial chan-nel in order to resolve those problems.
