摘要
目的建立四方胃胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用SimpackCLC-C18柱(150×4.6mm),乙腈-0.05%磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节PH值至3)(30:70)为流动相,检测波长为350nm。结果盐酸小檗碱的回收率为99.81%,RSD=1.64%(n=5)。结论本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为四方胃胶囊的定量分析方法。
Objective To develop a method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Sifangwei capsules. Methods The analysis was performed on a Sim pack CLC-C18 column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (PH3)(30:70),the detection wavelength was 350nm.Results Recovery of Berberine Hydrochloride was 99.81%,RSD=1.64%.Conclusion This method is simple and repeatable,and it be used for the quantitative analysis of Berberine Hydrochloride in Sifangwei capsules.
