阿立哌唑和氯氮平对体重及血糖的影响

Comparison of Ariprazole to Clozpine in the Effect on Weight and Blood Sugar Levels

目的比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平对体重及血糖的影响。方法对单服阿立哌唑或氯氮平的精神分裂症患者于服药前后测定体重及血糖的变化。结果服用阿立哌唑4周后体重有所增加(P<0.05),血糖水平无明显变化。服用氯氮平后体重(P<0.01)、血糖(P<0.05)于第4周明显增加,但体重有逐渐升高的趋势。结论阿立哌唑与氯氮平均可导致体重增加,氯氮平可引起血糖升高,而阿立哌唑对血糖无影响。

Objective To study the difference in the effect on weight and blood sugar levels between ariprazole and clozapine.Methods The weight and blood sugar levels had beed mersured beforeand after using ariprazole or clozapine.Results The weight and blood sugar levels were higher significantly after using clozapine.After using ariprazole ,the weight was increased,while the blood sugar levels was no signficant change.Concusion Both ariprazole and clozapine can increase the weight .But ariprazole does not increase it continuously and has fewer effects on blood sugar than clozapine.
