血凝检测在肿瘤治疗中的价值研究

Study the Value of Hemagglutinin Test Among Treatment Cancer Patient

目的研究肿瘤患者的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB),凝血酶时间(TT)四项指标测定在肿瘤治疗中的价值。方法采用德国BE康派XO全自动血凝分析仪检测120例肿瘤患者(其中肿瘤伴肝侵袭患者55例及肿瘤无肝侵袭患者65例)及80例正常对照组(正常体检且心、肝.肾功能的正常人)血凝四项指标。结果肿瘤伴肝侵袭患者的血凝检测指标与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),肿瘤无肝侵袭患者的血凝检测指标与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通过血凝检测的四项指标可以反映肿瘤患者的肝细胞受损程度等肝功能状况,为临床治疗提供有效数据,从而提高肿瘤患者的生命质量。

Objective To evaluate the value of hemagglutinin test results among plasma thrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin timme (APTT), fibrmogen (FIB), (thrombin 'tame) TT detection index in human oncotherapy.Methods 4 kinds of hemagglutinin tests were detected in 120 patients with tumor (among which 55 cases of tumor accompaniment liver infectation and 65 cases of tumor without other diseases.) by kanspai-XO of germany-BE type automatic analysator. There were 80 eases of normal control group (normal health examination, without any abnomality in cardiac exercise,liver function and renal function) surveied in the same way.Results Analysis of variance showed that there was an obvious difference between patients with tumor accompaniment liver infestation and that in normal control group by the same detection system (P<0.05) However, There was no significant difference in patients with fracture tumor and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The results of Hemagglutmm test conduces to reflecting liver function in tumorous patients. In addition, it provides effective datas for clinical treatment, Accordingly, It will profit patients to elevate their quality of life.
