摘要
禽流感是严重危害畜牧业和人类健康的一种传染性疾病,多年来在世界上许多国家和地区都发生过此病,危害巨大。世界各国对其进行了大量研究。文章就目前国内外对禽流感病毒血清学和分子生物学诊断技术的研究进展做一综述。
Avian influenza(AI) is a fulminating infectious disease which has not only led to the seriously loss of stockbreeding,but also theated human health seriously.Avian influenza causes the systemic or respiratory disease.It is widespread in many countries and areas throughout the world,and of great economic losses in poultry industry.A mass of research has been done by scientist.The review gave a broad overview of the advances on the diagnosis of serology and molecular biology in avian influenza
