摘要
胚胎干细胞分化的研究已成为生物学领域中的研究热点,也是生物工程、组织工程产业化的主要方向,文章对胚胎干细胞的生物学性质、分化机制、诱导途径及研究进展做一综述。
The research of differentiation of embryonic stem cells has been a hot spot in biological field now,and it is also the main direction in industrialization of Bio-engineering and Organization project.So we made a review about the biologial characters,differentiation mechanism,induced ways and advances of embryonic stem cells.
