摘要
将海兰褐蛋雏鸡随机分为对照组、肌肉注射组、刺种Ⅰ组和刺种Ⅱ组,用共表达NDV F和IBDV VP0基因重组鸡痘病毒进行免疫,对照组刺种生理盐水,在免疫后的第7,14,21,28,35,42,49 d和56 d采血,分离血清,用固定病毒稀释血清法测血清中抗FPV,NDV,IBDV的中和抗体效价。经分析,抗FPV中和抗体效价及抗NDV中和抗体效价免疫后14 d达到高峰,28 d后下降幅度不明显,42 d时仍保持一定水平;抗IBDV中和抗体效价免疫后21 d达到高峰,28 d后下降幅度不明显,42 d时仍保持一定水平。
Chickens of 7-days old were divided into 4 groups,such as control group,intramuscular injection group,intradermal injection once group,intradermal injection twice group.Experimental groups were immunized with vFV282,and control group was immunized with saline.We collected blood of chicks on 7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,42 d,49d and 56d.The serual neutralizing antibodies anti-FPV,anti-NDV and anti-IBDV were detected respectively.The results showed that the specific neutralizing antibodies in intradermal injection groups and intramuscular injection groups rose rapidly from 7dpv,arrived peak on 14 d^21 d,and dropped from 28 d,but still kept a favourable level on 42 d.In intradermal injection group,anti-FPV neutralizing antibodies rose very quickly from 7 d,arrived top level on 14 d,dropped from 28 d,still kept a certain level on 42 d;anti-NDV neutralizing antibodies rocketed from 7 d,peaked on 14 d,descended from 28 d,still had a weak extent;anti-IBDV antibody rocketed from 7d,reached top level on 21 d,dropped from 28 d,elongated to 42 d.The antibody levels of intradermal injection once group were stronger than that of intramuscular injection group,whereas weaker than that of intradermal injection twice group.
