抗苗勒氏管激素与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发生、发展的关系。方法测定51例PCOS患者血清AMH、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素、睾酮、雌二醇水平以及双侧卵巢卵泡数(FN),并取20例月经周期正常妇女进行对照。结果PCOS组血清AMH(31.10±13.44)pmol/L,明显高于对照组(12.01±4.44)pmol/L,差异有极显著性,并且两组血清AMH水平都与FN呈正相关。除此之外,PCOS患者血清AMH水平还与睾酮水平呈显著正相关,且这种相关关系并不出现在对照组。结论AMH可能参与PCOS卵泡发育异常并与性激素合成失调有关。测定血清AMH水平为诊断和研究PCOS提供了一个重要的突破点。 Objective To investigate anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and explore its role in the pathogenesis.Methods Serum levels of AMH,Follicle stimulating hormone,Luteinizing hormone,Prolactin,Testosterone,Estradiol and number of follicles(FN) in both ovaries were measured in 51 PCOS women.20 women with normal menstrual cycle were in control group.Results Serum levels of AMH in PCOS group [((31.10)±(13.44)) pmol/L]were significantly higher compared with the control group [((12.01)±(4.44)) pmol/L].The AMH levels were positively and significantly related to the FN in PCOS and normal women.In addition,a significant positive correlation was found between serum levels of AMH and testosterone in PCOS,but it was not found in control group.Conclusion AMH may play a role in the disordered folliculogenesis characteristic and dysregulation of steroidogenesis in PCOS.The assay of the serum AMH may be an important breakthrough in the diagnosis and the understanding of PCOS.
