组织蛋白酶D、增殖细胞核抗原在良性脑膜瘤中的表达及其与术后复发的关系

The relationship between the expression of cathepsin D,PCNA and the postoperative recurrence of benign meningiomas

目的探讨组织蛋白酶D(CD)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在良性脑膜瘤的表达与术后复发的关系。方法应用免疫组化ABC法检测侵袭组9例、普通组32例良性脑膜瘤组织中CD、PCNA的表达,并用图像分析系统检测其表达强度。结果CD阳性染色主要定位于细胞质中,PCNA阳性染色主要定位于细胞核中,均呈棕黄色细颗粒状。CD、PCNA在侵袭组良性脑膜瘤的阳性表达极显著高于普通组良性脑膜瘤(P<0.01)。结论CD、PCNA在侵袭组良性脑膜瘤的高表达说明瘤细胞增殖快,生长活跃,易于浸润、转移,对术后肿瘤复发和肿瘤恶性的判断具临床意义,可作为良性脑膜瘤复发的预测指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of CD and PCNA in benign meningiomas and the relationship between these expression and the postoperative recurrence.Methods The CD and PCNA protein expression were examined using immunohistochemical stainings in 9 cases of invasive benign meningiomas and in 32 cases of noninvasive benign meningiomas,the intensity of CD and PCNA was assessed with morphometric analysis.Results The positive staining of CD was seen in cytoplasm,and the positive staining of PCNA in nucleus.The expressive intensity of CD and PCNA was much more higher in invasion group than that in noninvasion group(P<(0.01)).Conclusion the higher expression of CD and PCNA may be involved in the development and metastasis of benign meningiomas,CD and PCNA may be an important biological marker in predicting the recurrence of benign meningiomas.
