湖北省十堰地区气传花粉调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 调查十堰地区空气中气传花粉的种属、数量、分布及飘散规律.方法 2004年7月~2005年6月,在十堰城区设点,采用空气曝片方法,每日换片,连续收集气传花粉;在光学显微镜下阅片、鉴定;并记录同期每日气象状况.结果 十堰市城区全年均有气传花粉飘散,全年收集花粉粒24 067个,3~5月和8~10月出现飘散高峰,分别占全年花粉总量的75.5%和13.7%.十堰地区气传花粉主要包括松属、柏属、杨属、梧桐、栎属、蒿属、禾本类等.结论 十堰地区空气中致敏花粉以春季花粉为主,此特点与季节、气温、风力、降雨量及绿化树种等因素有关. Objective To study the variety of airborne pollens,their diffusion rules of season in Shiyan.Methods By exposed glass-in-air method,the continus 24h samplings of atmospheric particles were colorated and counted in Shiyan from 2004 to 2005.The data of climatic variations was accumulated in the mean time.Results 24 067 grains of pollen were collected in all seasons of the year,the peak time of pollen-dispersing was found to be from March to May and from August to October,their percentage was(75.5)% and(13.7)% respectively,Airborne poller mainly come from Pinus,Cupressaceae,Populus,Firmina,Quercus,Artermisia.Conclusion The airborne pollen peak in Shiyan is in spring which relative to the influence of temperature,wind power,rain amount and the categories of greening plants in this season.This study provides useful scientific information for specific diagnosis and therapy and very important insights for clinical prevention of allergic diseases.
