摘要
采用有限体积法计算了微尺度矩形管道中的气体三维流动,在计算中考虑了气体的可压缩性.当K nudsen数处于10-3和1-0 1之间时,稀薄效应造成气体与管壁面间的相对滑移和温度跳跃.数值分析结果给出了速度滑移边界条件对管道质量流量的影响.
The gas flow in a three-dimensional rectangular microtube was presented and studied by using the finite volume method.The influences of gas compressibility are described.When the Knudsen number is between 10^(-3) and 10^(-1),the gas rarefaction effect causes relative slip of flow and jump of temperature to the tube wall.The numerical results comprehensively describe the influence of the slip boundary condition on mass flow rate.
