摘要 厢梯用永磁同步无齿轮曳引机具有结构紧凑,控制准确,运行平稳,效率高,噪音低等优点,被越来越多的电梯电机生产厂家开发和应用.对于一种新型永磁同步无齿轮曳引机,应用有限元分析软件,通过分体建模,整体装配,进行静力学和动力学分析,并结合实际动、静态测试结果,对整机主要部件做出准确的强度评估. Gearless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Traction Mac for room elevator takes on many merits,such as compact structure,accurately controlling,calmly running,high efficiency,low noise and so on,which have been developed and applied by more and more companies.Appling a FELE soft,the analysis for statics and dynamics about a new type of Gearless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Traction Mac have been get along,by modeling separately and assembling together.An accurate evaluation about the strength of the major parts have been made out,according to the testing of statics and dynamics.
