摘要
从剪切机理、板带的剪切变形过程,分析计算圆盘剪剪切力和传动功率,介绍了圆盘剪开口度调整装置,剪刃侧间隙调整机构和重叠量调整机构以及侧间隙和重叠量对剪边质量的影响.
According to the trimming-mechanism and the trimming-deformation process of the strip,the trimming force and the driving power of rotary trimming shears are analyzed and calculated.The adjusting device of the joint opening is introduced,including the adjusting mechanism of the side play,the adjusting equipment of the overlap quantity and the effect of the latter on the trimming quality.
