造桥机底部框架结构满应力设计

摘要 以构件截面面积为设计变量,在满应力齿行法过程中,以预测的截面积在构件数据库中按照面积匹配策略选取构件截面几何参数,按GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》,施加强度和稳定性约束条件,对造桥机底部框架结构进行了满应力优化设计,并与传统满应力方法进行了对比,验证了方法的优越性. In the process of fully stressed zigzag method,taking structure cross section areas as design variables,the structure geometry parameters are selected from standard steel cross section database through cross section area matching method.At the same time,the intensity and stability constraints are considered by steel structure design GB 50017-2003 criterion.At last,an example of optimization of the lower frame structure of a bridge-making machine is given.By comparing the results of present method with that of conventional fully stressed design method,advantage of the former has been demonstrated.
