摘要 单链抗体是一种小分子基因工程抗体,以其独有的优势在显像定位诊断、靶向治疗和基因治疗等方面展示了乐观的应用前景。本文对单链抗体的构建、表达及在生物医学中的应用作一综述。 The article mainly studies single chain antibody gene,focusing on its construction,expression,and application on the base of gene engineering theory,which would be used as the theory foundation of applying single chain antibody in the field of biomedicine.
