摘要 诸多研究表明MHC-Ⅱ类分子在启动应答中起关键作用,提示初始CD4+T细胞对MHC-Ⅱ类分子不仅是在抗原肽识别方面,而且在启动免疫应答中也起着重要的作用。通过转换认识角度进行分析,作者认为有关识别时MHC-Ⅱ类分子的差异可能与启动不同的免疫过程有关,是很多复杂的免疫现象的基础。 Many studies have revealed that major histocompatibility antigen class Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ) molecule is the key player in initiating immune response.It is implies that the recognition of naive CD4+T cells to MHC-Ⅱ molecules(not only the antigen peptide) may play some important roles in initiating immune response.It is postulated,from a novel angle of viewpoint,that the differences of MHC-Ⅱ molecules involved in some MHC-peptide compounds recognized by a naive CD4+T cell may relate to initiate the different reactive patterns,which may be responsible for many complex immune phenomena.
